Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed.
All customers will receive an email notifying them that their order has been placed and an email when their order has been completed (Shipped). An email will also be sent from Australia Post with your tracking number.
We take great care to protect your order from damage during shipping all orders are bubble wrapped, or sent in padded envelopes (for small orders).
Redefining Beauty is not responsible for any damage during postage, or items lost in the post. All orders are shipped with a tracking number and require signature on delivery, if you are not present at the time of delivery, your parcel will be taken to the nearest Post Office for collection.
The buyer must notify us of your wish to refund within 7 days of receiving your order. We require proof of damage or faulty product. Notification is to be made to email@example.com please include pictures of the damaged/faulty goods. We DO NOT REFUND DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND. If you discover that you have made a mistake with your Order after you have submitted it to the Site, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend your Order.
Items on Backorder can take 3-4 weeks to be delivered.
It is the responsibility of the customer to fill in their correct address. Orders that are returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect your parcel from the Post Office, will incur a $10 fee as well as return shipping costs.
Regular Australia Post Eparcel generally takes 2-5 working days*
Express Australia Post Eparcel 1-2 working days*. Please check your post code to ensure you are within the Express Post Network. Please note your order must be made by 9am to ensure it is sent on the same day. Any orders placed after 9am will be sent the following work day.
